Preparation Note

39.5 gを1リットルの蒸留水に懸濁させて浸漬します。沸騰させて粉末を完全に溶かします。頻繁に攪拌しながら1分間煮沸により滅菌します。オートクレーブ滅菌はしないでください。 恒温槽で長時間加熱すると、わずかな沈殿物が生じる可能性があります。
