Biochem/physiol Actions

チメロサールは、PI3-キナーゼ-依存型メチオニンシンターゼ、グルタミン酸輸送受容体、またNa++K+依存型ATPアーゼのような、広い範囲のスルフヒドリル-依存型酵素やタンパク質を阻害できるスルフヒドリル(チオール)酸化剤です。
