ブリリアントブル-R染色液は、免疫電気泳動およびオクタロニ-法のアガロ-スゲルに含まれるタンパク質の染色用です。エタノ-ルと酢酸を含んでいますので、染色前にゲルを固定する必要はありません。免疫電気泳動またはオクタロニ-法のゲルは、最初に水および生理食塩水で洗浄して沈降していないタンパク質を除去してから乾燥させます。次いでゲルを染色液に30分間浸し、その後、10%酢酸溶液で脱染します。
電気泳動後のタンパク質バンドの検出に用いられる。

Analysis Note

免疫電気泳動におけるアガロ-スゲルの染色に適することを試験済みです。
