General description

デキストラン硫酸は負に帯電した硫酸化多糖であり、デキストランとクロロスルホン酸のエステル化によって生成されます。抗ウイルス性、抗凝固性、アジュバント性を備えています。デキストランは、出血、火傷、手術、および外傷の治療に使用されます。血流を促進し、赤血球凝集をブロックします。デキストランは血栓症および術後肺塞栓症のリスクを低下させます。リボヌクレアーゼ阻害剤として機能します。
