Biochem/physiol Actions

DAB (3,3′-ジアミノベンジジン) は、ペルオキシダーゼ活性の可視化のための多くのアプリケーションに使用されます。ペルオキシダーゼ反応において、DAB は過酸化水素存在下で水素ドナーとして機能します。酸化された DAB は、不溶性の茶色物質を形成するため、免疫組織学的およびイムノブロッティング染色法において使用されます。
