Application

サポニンは以下の用途で使用されています：
  • 免疫細胞染色および共焦点顕微鏡用に細胞をブロックするためのリン酸緩衝生理食塩水（PBS）で
  • 総ミトコンドリア質量測定用に細胞を透過化するため
  • サポニンHolosuria nobilis Selenkaを抽出する内部対照として

非イオン性界面活性剤およびワクチン開発におけるアジュバントとして使用されるグリコシド。

Biochem/physiol Actions

サポニンは抗腫瘍活性、抗菌活性、抗植食活性を示します。また、植物の防御においても重要な役割を果たしている可能性があります。サポニンはまた、抗炎症作用、抗真菌作用、抗菌作用、抗寄生虫作用、抗ウイルス作用など、いくつかの製剤特性も有しています。サポニンは土壌中の根圏細菌を制御することができます。
サポニンは水中油型乳剤を生成する非イオン性界面活性剤で、保護コロイドとして作用します。フレーム原子分光法により乳中の金属の直接測定を行うために使用されます。
