Application

Streptococcus equi由来ヒアルロン酸ナトリウム塩は、以下の用途に使用されています：
  • メタクリル酸無水物との併用による架橋性メタクリル化HAハイドロゲル（Coll-MeHA）の合成
  • リン酸緩衝生理食塩水（PBS）槽を交換して潤滑剤組成を変えるためのPBS
  • 潤滑剤がヒト変形性関節症（OA）軟骨の境界潤滑に与える効果を調べるための潤滑剤の調製

ヒアルロン酸（HA）は滑液と関節軟骨の重要な成分で、境界潤滑剤として働きます。生分解性、生体適合性、非毒性、非免疫原性などの物理化学的特性を示します。HAは、ドラッグデリバリーや組織工学、形成外科、眼科手術、変形性関節症手術などの生物医学的用途の優れたツールと考えられています。体の緩衝性と潤滑性に関与します。この強力な抗酸化物質は、水を組織に結合させることができます。
