Biochem/physiol Actions

GenElute PCRクリーンアップキットは、シリカ結合の利点をマイクロスピンフォーマットと組み合わせています。 DNAは、スピンカラム内のシリカ膜に結合します。 結合したDNAは洗浄、クリーニングし、濃縮DNAを選択したバッファーに溶出します。 各カラムは、最大100 μLまたは10 μLのPCR増幅DNAを精製でき、最大95％のPCR産物（100 bp～10 kb）を回収できます。 99％を超えるプライマーおよびほとんどのプライマー二量体（<40 bp）が除去されます。

General description

GenElute PCR Clean-Up Kitは、反応の他の成分（過剰のプライマー、ヌクレオチド、DNAポリメラーゼ、オイル、塩類など）から一本鎖または二本鎖PCR増幅産物（100 bp～10 kb）を迅速に精製するために設計されています。このキットは、シリカ結合の利点を便利なスプンカラムフォーマットと組み合わせたもので、高価な樹脂または毒性がある有機化合物（フェノール、クロロホルムなど）の必要がありません。
