General description

IgG抗体は、補体活性化、食作用、胎盤輸送、および細胞表面受容体結合などの体液性免疫応答において重要な役割を果たします。抗マウスIgG（Fc特異的）–アルカリホスファターゼ抗体（希釈率1：10,000、PBS-Tween溶液）は、ELISAで使用できます。また、免疫ブロッティングにも有用です。ヤギ抗マウスIgG（Fc特異的）–アルカリホスファターゼ抗体は、マウスIgG Fcフラグメント、IgGおよびそのサブクラスであるIgG1、IgG2a、IgG2b、およびIgG3と特異的に反応しますが、ヒトIgG、マウスIgA、マウスIgMとは反応しません。

精製マウスIgG Fc断片

Application

PBS/0.1%Tweenおよび1%BSAで1：1000に希釈し、37°Cで1.5時間、ELISAアッセイでアルカリホスファターゼ結合ヤギ抗マウスFc特異抗体を二次抗体として使用しました。37°Cで30分間、基質として4-ニトロフェニルホスフェート（Sigma）を使用して抗体を開発しました。
抗マウスIgG（Fc特異的）–アルカリホスファターゼ抗体は、ELISPOT（免疫スポット）アッセイで使用できます。また、免疫組織化学やウエスタンブロットでも使用できます。

1%ウシ血清アルブミン、1 mM MgCl2および15 mMアジ化ナトリウムを含む0.05 M Tris、pH 8.0の溶液

バックグラウンド低減のため、ヒトサンプルで吸収済みです。
