General description

免疫グロブリンG（IgG）は、ファゴサイトーシスなどの免疫応答を調節する糖タンパク質抗体であり、自己免疫疾患の発症にも関与しています。マウスIgGは、4種類の異なるアイソタイプ、つまり、IgG1、IgG2a、IgG2b、およびIgG3に分類されます。IgG1は、マウスにおいて補体結合を調節します。抗マウスIgG（全分子）アルカリホスファターゼ抗体は、正常マウスの血清とマウスIgGに特異的です。オクタロニー二重拡散法において、この抗体は、マウスIgG、IgG2aｍIgG2b、IgG3、IgA、およびIgMと反応します。
