General description
IgGは、いくつかの免疫応答を調節する糖タンパク質抗体です。標的タンパク質に対するウサギIgGは、様々な研究の用途において、一次抗体としてよく使用されます。そのため、検出可能な基質に結合させた二次抗ウサギIgGは、標的タンパク質の解析に有用な手段となります。ヤギ抗ウサギIgG（全分子）アルカリホスファターゼ抗体は、全てのウサギIgに結合します。

免疫原としての精製ウサギIgG
Application
アルカリホスファターゼ結合ヤギ抗ウサギIgGを0.05M炭酸／重炭酸バッファー（Ph 9.6）中に1:5000で希釈して二次抗体としたELISAによって、PADI4によるアンチトロンビンのシトルリン化が分析されました。
アルカリホスファターゼ結合ヤギ抗ウサギIgGを5％tween/PBS中に1:2000で希釈し二次抗体としたELISAによって、マウス網膜組織に存在するhypoxyprobe結合タンパク質濃度が分析されました。使用した基質は、4-ニトロフェニルリン酸二ナトリウム塩六水和物でした（Sigma）。
ヤギ抗ウサギIgG（全分子）アルカリホスファターゼ抗体は、ウエスタンブロットやELISAの用途に使用されています。また、免疫組織化学にも使用できます。（1:50、ホルマリン固定パラフィン包埋切片使用）。
