Application

1-アミノベンゾトリアゾールは、老齢ラットから単離した血管平滑筋細胞のH2O2誘発性の早期老化に対するエストロゲンの効果を調べるため、チトクロームP450阻害剤として使用されています。これは、エストロゲン受容体を介した17β-エストラジオールの効果を調べるためにも使用されています。

Biochem/physiol Actions

1-アミノベンゾトリアゾール（1-ABT）は、創薬においてin vitroツールとして使用されています。1-ABTは、P450をP450以外の酵素系と区別することができます。1-ABTは、P450酵素のヘム補欠分子族と共有結合することにより、P450を阻害します。
シトクロムP450やクロロペルオキシダ-ゼに対する自殺型阻害剤です。
