General description
アルカリホスファターゼ反応には、アルカリバッファー溶液(1.5M、pH 10.3、25℃)を使用します。2-アミノ-2-メチルプロパノール(AMP)を含有し、p-ニトロフェニルリン酸(pNPP)酵素基質とともに使用されます。
