Biochem/physiol Actions
免疫グロブリンG（IgG）は、アレルギーや病原体感染に対する免疫応答を調節します。また、IgGは補体固定や自己免疫疾患との関与も示唆されています。免疫グロブリンG（IgG）は、主にII型およびIII型の過敏症に関与しています。
抗ヒトIgGの特異性は、ELISAによりコンジュゲーションの前に決定されます。コンジュゲートは、ヒトIgGおよびヒトIgG、Fcフラグメントに特異的です。抗体コンジュゲートの交差反応性もELISAによって決定されます。コンジュゲートは、ヒトIgG、Fabフラグメント、ヒト軽鎖、ヒトIgA、ヒトIgM、またはマウスIgGおよびラットIgGと反応しません。
ヒトIgGと結合しますが、他のヒトIgとは結合しません。

General description
ヒトIgGは、2本の同じ軽鎖と一対の同一重鎖を含む糖タンパク質抗体です。IgGにはIgG1～IgG4の4つの異なるアイソフォームがあります。免疫グロブリンG（IgG）は免疫グロブリンファミリーに属し、広く発現される血清抗体です。IgGは通常単量体として認められます。IgG抗体サブタイプは、免疫系の血清免疫グロブリンの中で最も豊富に存在します。全免疫グロブリンの約70%がIgGで構成されています。免疫グロブリンG（IgG）は、II型およびIII型の過敏症に関与しています。抗ヒトIgG（Fc特異的）-アルカリホスファターゼ抗体は、ヒトIgGおよびヒトIgGのFcフラグメントに対して特異的です。本製品は、ヒトIgG、Fabフラグメント、軽鎖、IgA、およびIgMとは反応しません。さらに、この抗体はマウスやラットのIgGに結合しません。ヤギ抗ヒトIgGは、0.2%グルタルアルデヒドとのタンパク質架橋により、アルカリホスファターゼと結合されています。
