Biochem/physiol Actions
クロトリマゾールは、Ca2+活性化K+チャネルの特異的阻害剤です。 抗真菌性アゾールです。クロトリマゾールは、イミダゾールの誘導体で、ケトコナゾールとほぼ同じ抗菌作用と活性を持ちます。 エルゴステロールの生合成に欠かせないシトクロムP450依存性14α-脱メチル化酵素を阻害します。蓄積された14αメチル化ステロールは感受性真菌の膜構造を変化させて、細胞膜透過性を変化させます。
