無血清細胞凍結培地DMSO1xは、ヒト神経前駆細胞(hNPC)、嗅鞘細胞(OEC)、および網膜色素上皮(RPE)細胞の凍結に使用されています。
General description
細胞凍結培地は、凍結保護剤DMSOとウシ胎児血清の混合物です。ただし、無血清培地は血清の代わりにメチルセルロースやポロクサマー188、並びにアスコルビン酸、α-トコフェロール、およびプロリンなどの添加物が入っています。
Other Notes
最小必須培地、ジメチルスルホキシド(8.7%)、メチルセルロ-スを含むこのまま使用可能な培地です。Waymouthの組成に従って調製されています。
