General description

Dilution Solution is intended for use with Sigma′s Extract-N-Amp Plant PCR Kit. Once the DNA is extracted from the leaf tissue, the Dilution Solution is added to the extract to neutralize inhibitory substances. The extract is then ready for PCR.

Application

Dilution Solution (Extract-N-Amp Plant Dilution Solution) has been used in direct PCR amplification and to prepare template DNA.
