General description
DAB(3,3'-ジアミノベンジジン四塩酸塩)液体基質ドロッパーシステムは、ペルオキシダーゼ活性の検出を促進する基質として、免疫組織学的方法、免疫ブロット法用に開発されました。DABは、容易に観察可能な明るい褐色に発色するため、免疫組織学的染色の基質として最適です。最終産物はアルコール耐性であるため、様々な対比染色やマウンティング培地にDAB液体基質ドロッパーシステムを使用できます。DAB液体基質ドロッパーシステムでは、迅速で便利なDAB基質溶液の調製に必要な色素原液やバッファー/ペルオキシド溶液がすべてそろっています。
