General description
アール′平衡塩溶液（EBSS）は、オートファジーを刺激する生理的pHの生理食塩水です。分化抗原群86（CD86）、ヒト白血球抗原DRアイソタイプ（HLA-DR）、およびインターロイキン6（IL-6）を上方制御し、カルメット-ゲラン桿菌（BCG）誘導樹状細胞（DC）を増強します。
Application
アール′平衡塩は、トリプシン処理した細胞のNADPHオキシダーゼ活性を検出するためのHEPES緩衝液と合わせて、フィルターで増殖させたCaco-2細胞単層をインキュベートし、飢餓を誘導するために使用されています。また、CEM RES細胞の処理やアミノ酸欠乏実験にも使われています。
Other Notes
フェノールレッドは、クローニング密度での細胞の増殖に干渉する場合があることが示されています。幹細胞を用いて作業する場合や、低密度で細胞を増殖する場合にこの培地を使用してください。
