Biochem/physiol Actions
FicollTM PM 70は、細胞容積シグナリングとタンパク質リフォールディングの研究において高分子クラウディング剤として使用されます。高分子のクラウディング（MMC）系や立体構造を開発、評価、使用するための組織工学や高分子立体構造研究に使用することもできます。 Ficoll PM-70は、ガラス化の研究に使用することもできます。
Ficollは、一般的にガラス化溶液の高分子成分として使用されます。高密度の分岐のため、Ficollsは理想的なほぼ半球状の分子クラウディング剤としても機能します。
