Biochem/physiol Actions

出発材料は、高分子を確実に変性させておくため、カオトロピック塩を含む溶液で可溶化します。 エタノールの添加により、ライセートがマイクロ遠心チューブ内のシリカ膜に遠心によって通過したときに、DNA が結合します。 夾雑物を除去するために洗浄した後、DNA を 200 uL の Tris-EDTA 溶液で溶出します。 ゲノム DNA の収量は、使用した出発材料の量や種類によって異なります。 本キットで精製した DNA は、1.6～1.9 の A260/A280 比率と、最大で 50 kb の長さを持ちます。

General description

GenElute 哺乳類ゲノム DNA 精製キットは、様々な哺乳類資源から高純度な高分子量 DNA を分離するための、シンプルで簡便なメソッドを提供します。 これらのキットは、ゲノム DNA 精製のために特別に選択されたシリカベースの膜を、便利なスピンカラム形式で使用します。
