Preparation Note
12.5 gの粉末で1 Lの培地ができる配合です。
sodium bicarbonate （重炭酸ナトリウム ：NaHCO3 ）を2.75 g/L、トリプトースリン酸ブロス溶液（T8159）を100 mL/Lの割合で培地に添加します。
