グルコース 6 リン酸デヒドロゲナーゼ（G-6-P-DH）は、ペントースリン酸経路の第1段階における重要な調節酵素です。G-6-P-DH は糖タンパク質の 1 種で分子量は 128 kDa（ゲルろ過による）です。

Application

グルコース 6 リン酸デヒドロゲナーゼはデヒドロエピアンドロステロンの細胞増殖と TM-3 細胞のミトコンドリア機能に与える効果についての研究に用いられています。グルコース 6 リン酸デヒドロゲナーゼはまたウシ濾胞上皮細胞におけるアポトーシス発生率や転写産物量についての研究にも用いられています。グルコース 6 リン酸デヒドロゲナーゼは発育中のトウモロコシ内胚乳におけるケトースレダクターゼ活性試験に用いられます。

Biochem/physiol Actions

グルコース-6-リン酸デヒドロゲナーゼは、ペントースリン酸経路の最初のステップとして、グルコース-6-リン酸の 6-ホスホグルコノラクトンへの変換を触媒します。
