健常ヤギ血清は、免疫アッセイにおけるブロッキング試薬やネガティブコントロールとして使用されます。免疫組織染色および免疫細胞染色では、ヤギ血清は、さまざまな実験においてブロッキング試薬として、1～20％の濃度で使用されます。
Biochem/physiol Actions
ヤギ血清は、魚細胞の通常の培養に効果的に使用することができます。
