Application
ヒトAB血清は、次の目的で組織工学、移植、細胞治療用途に使用します。1)脂肪組織由来の間葉系幹細胞(MSC)、またはヒト骨髄由来の間葉系間質細胞の増殖。2)角膜縁上皮幹細胞移植片の継代、移植の標準化。3)造血幹細胞増殖培地における末梢血由来NK細胞のex vivo増殖。4)移植前ヒト膵島培養技術の向上。
ヒト血清は以下に使用されています：架橋酵素結合免疫吸着アッセイ（ELISA）におけるTween®界面活性剤含有リン酸緩衝生理食塩水（PBST）の成分として、複雑な生体サンプルによるペーパーベースELISAアッセイの性能評価に用いる疑似生体サンプルとして、血清にスパイクされたNISTmAbに用いる標準曲線を生成するために一連の希釈率のベースラインサンプルを作成するための希釈剤として、および多数の骨髄腫（MM）患者サンプルMM2232のため
Biochem/physiol Actions
ヒトAB血清は一般に、全血を自然に凝固させることによって得られます。これらは、抗凝固剤不使用（OTC）血清として知られています。凝固した全血から得られるヒト血清が推奨されるのは、最適な細胞増殖をもたらす高濃度で多種多様な増殖因子を含んでいるためです。血液型がAB型のドナーに由来するヒト血清には、AおよびBの両方の血液型抗原に特異的な抗体がありません。そのため、ヒト幹細胞株を含むさまざまな細胞培養タイプに適した汎用性の高いドナー血清となっています。
