イスコフ′改変ダルベッコ′培地は、セレン、追加のアミノ酸とビタミン、ピルビン酸ナトリウム、4-（2-ヒドロキシエチル）-1-ピペラジンエタンスルホン酸（HEPES）緩衝液、および硝酸鉄に代わり硝酸カリウムを含み、ダルベッコ′改変イーグル′培地（DME）を改変したものです。イフコフ′培地は、マウスBリンパ球、骨髄由来の造血組織、リポポリサッカライドで刺激されたB細胞、Tリンパ球、およびさまざまなハイブリッド細胞を担持するために使用できます。

Application

イスコフ′改変ダルベッコ′培地は、以下の培養に使用されています：
  • 単層としてのヒト肝細胞癌（HCC）細胞株HepG2
  • 滑膜組織サンプルの培養
  • 免疫細胞実験を刺激するための細菌株接種菌
