Biochem/physiol Actions

General description
免疫グロブリンG（IgG）は免疫グロブリンファミリーに属し、広く発現される血清抗体です。免疫グロブリンは、ジスルフィド結合により連結された2本の重鎖と2本の軽鎖を有します。これは主に免疫防御を支援します。IgGは糖タンパク質です。IgGは、免疫グロブリンの主要なクラスです。マウスの免疫グロブリンは、5つの免疫グロブリンクラスであるIgM、IgG、IgA、IgDおよびIgEから構成されます。マウスIgGは、さらに4つのクラス、すなわち、IgG1、IgG2a、IgG2bおよびIgG3に分類されます。IgGは、オプソニン化、補体結合および抗体依存性細胞媒介細胞毒性に寄与します。
