General description
マクロファージコロニー刺激因子（M-CSF）は、単球の増殖、分化および機能活性化を調節する造血増殖因子です。 これは、線維芽細胞、内皮細胞および骨髄間質細胞により産生されます。MCSFは、成熟した単球およびマクロファージの機能を刺激します。
Application
ヒトマクロファージコロニー刺激因子は、骨髄由来マクロファージ（BMDM）およびヒト単球由来マクロファージ（MDM）の分化に使用されています。また、これは細胞培養にも使用されています。
Biochem/physiol Actions
