General description
本キットは、最終濃度2 x 10-6 MのPKH26色素が含有された2mLの最終染色容量を使用する場合、2,000万個の細胞のサンプルであれば最大50サンプルに十分な色素と、最大30サンプルに十分な希釈剤を提供します。ユーザーは、使用する細胞のタイプや実験の目的から、最適な色素および細胞の濃度を決定する必要があります。
