General description
栄養混合物F-10ハムは、チャイニーズハムスター卵巣（CHO）細胞のクローンやHeLa細胞やマウスL細胞のクローンなどのさまざまな細胞のクローン増殖をサポートします。′ハムF-10は、ヒト二倍体細胞、染色体分析用の白血球、ラット、ウサギ、ニワトリの組織の初代移植組織の増殖をサポートするために開発されました。
Application
栄養混合物F-10ハムは、次の用途で使用されています：
- ウサギ由来組織のin vitro 組織培養
- マスの白筋からの衛生細胞の培養
- 新生仔ブタ膵島（NPI）の培養
Preparation Note
1.2 g/Lの炭酸水素ナトリウムを添加してください。
培地1Lあたり粉末9.8 gが含まれる組成になっています。
