Biochem/physiol Actions

ピセアタンノールは、抗酸化能、抗癌性および抗炎症性を有するレスベラトロールのアナログです。ピセアタンノールは、サイトカインシグナル伝達経路を妨害し、特に脾臓チロシンキナーゼ（Syk）およびPI3Kを阻害することが示されています。また、数種の炎症剤で処理したヒト培養細胞において、IκBαキナーゼおよび65リン酸化の阻害を介してNFκBの活性化を阻害します。
