MISSION® TRC shRNA大腸菌グリセロールストックは、複製可能なshRNAプラスミドが得られます。このプラスミドは直接形質移入することも可能であり、レンチウイルス粒子にパッケージングすることもできます。
弊社の網羅的なshRNA製品は、15,000種類のヒト遺伝子と15,000種類のマウス遺伝子をターゲットとした150,000種類を超えるshRNAプレクローンコンストラクトを基盤としています。shRNAライブラリーは、遺伝子ファミリーセット、キナーゼやイオンチャネルなどの特定の機能に関連する遺伝子コレクション、遺伝子ターゲットセット、任意の遺伝子をターゲットとするshRNAクローンセット、個別のshRNAクローンとして販売しています。弊社のshRNAとレンチウイルスの生産プラットフォームには、お客様のRNAi研究のニーズに対応できる優れた品質とサービスを提供するため、最新のロボット技術、液体処理技術、研究室情報中央管理システム(LIMS)を採用した専用研究室を備えています。

Application

MISSION® shRNA は、損傷によって調節されるオートファジー調節因子（DRAM）および p73 ノックダウン細胞株の作成に使用されています。また、レンチウイルスの生成および遺伝子ノックダウンでの用途、ならびに卵巣がんの進展における PAX8（ペアボックス 8）の機能調査の用途があります。
