General description
IL-10は、マクロファージ、単球、T細胞、B細胞、ケラチノサイトなどの多様な哺乳類細胞型で産生される免疫抑制性サイトカインです。IL-10はIL-1、TNF-aなどの炎症性サイトカインの発現を阻害し、IL-4と同様、液性免疫応答を促進し、細胞に媒介される免疫反応を弱めます。ヒトIL-10はマウス細胞に対して活性を示すが、マウスIL-10はヒト細胞に対して不活性である。組み換えヒトIL-10は、161個のアミノ酸残基からなる18.6 kDaのタンパク質です。
Application
IL-10 human has been used to study the effect of IL-10 on endothelial nitric oxide synthase and nitric oxide in African American human umbilical vein endothelial cells. It has also been used to study the effect of IL-10 on leukotriene (LT) A4 hydrolase and LTC4 synthase protein expression in and secretion from, an inflamed porcine endometrium.
Biochem/physiol Actions
IL-10は、マクロファージ、単球、T細胞、B細胞、ケラチノサイトなどの多様な哺乳類細胞型で産生される免疫抑制性サイトカインです。組み換えヒトIL-10は、161個のアミノ酸残基からなる18.6 kDaのタンパク質です。
Physical form
凍結乾燥品(5 mMリン酸ナトリウム, pH 7.2)。
Preparation Note
バイアルは、開封前に遠心してください。5 mMリン酸ナトリウム(pH 7.2)で濃度0.1～1.0 mg/mLに復元してください。ボルテックスは行なわないでください。水溶液は2～8°Cで最長1週間保存できます。長期保存には、担体タンパク質(0.1% BSAなど)含有バッファーでさらに希釈し、1回の使用量ずつに分注して-20～-80°Cで保存することを推奨します。
