General description
IL-2は、抗原刺激またはマイトジェン刺激への応答としてT細胞が産生する強力な免疫調節性リンホカインです。IL-2/IL-2Rによるシグナル伝達は、T細胞の増殖と、免疫応答に不可欠なその他の基本的な機能発現に必要です。IL-2はB細胞、NK細胞、リンホカイン活性化キラー細胞、単球、マクロファージ、オリゴデンドログリアの増殖と分化を刺激します。組み換えラットIL-2は134個のアミノ酸残基からなる15.3 kDaのタンパク質です。

凍結乾燥品(10 mMクエン酸ナトリウム、pH 4.0)。
Preparation Note
バイアルは、開封前に遠心してください。0.1～1.0 mg/mLの濃度となるよう水で再構成してください。ボルテックスは行わないでください。この溶液は2～8°Cで1週間まで保存できます。長期保存の際は、キャリアタンパク質(0.1% BSAなど)を含有するバッファーで希釈し、1回使用量ごとに分けて-20～-80°Cで保存することをお勧めします。
