Biochem/physiol Actions

トリプトライドは、ジテルペントリエポキシドの一種であり、ライコウトウ(Tripterygium wilfordii hook f, TwHF)という漢方薬の抽出物に含まれる主要な活性成分です。強力な免疫抑制剤であり、抗炎症薬です。トリプトライドは、プリンボックス(purine-box)/核因子およびNF-κBによる転写活性化のレベルで活性化T細胞のIL-2発現を阻害します。動物モデルにおいて、シクロスポリンAと協同して移植片の正着を促進し、骨髄の同種異系移植においては移植片対宿主拒絶反応を抑制しています。さらに、腫瘍細胞のアポト-シスを誘導しており、c-IAP2およびc-IAP1誘導の抑制などを介して腫瘍壊死因子(TNFα)のアポト-シス誘導を促進しています。

Preparation Note

トリプトライドはDMSOに可溶です。保存溶液は、再構成後、-20℃でDMSOに保存する必要があります。
