General description
トリプシンは、セリンプロテアーゼです。膵臓が前駆体トリプシノーゲンを産生し、腸に分泌します。トリプシノーゲンは、腸粘膜中のエンテロキナーゼによりトリプシンに変換されます。
トリプシン分子は2つのドメインを持ち、1つは酵素の活性部位とトリプトファン残基に関連し、他方は8-アニリノナフタレン-1-スルホン酸結合に関連します。
Application
トリプシンはE型肝炎ウイルスとヒトアストロウイルスの類似性の評価の研究で使用されています。トリプシンは、初代ヒト成人上皮前駆細胞、または幹細胞を培養する独自の技法をを用いる研究でも使用されています。
