Biochem/physiol Actions

コラゲナーゼは、モル酵素あたり 4 グラム原子カルシウムによって活性化されます。 本製品は、エチレングリコール-ビス(β-アミノエチルエーテル) - N, N, N′,N′-四酢酸、β-メルカプトエタノール、グルタチオン、チオグリコール酸、および 8-ヒドロキシキノリンによって阻害されます。

1 コラーゲン消化単位（CDU）は、ウシアキレス腱由来コラーゲンからペプチドを遊離し、カルシウムイオン存在下、pH 7.4、37°C、5 時間のニンヒドリン呈色における、1.0 umol のロイシンに相当します。1 FALGPA 加水分解単位は、25°Cで、1 分間あたりに、1.0 umol の furylacryloyl-Leu-Gly-Pro-Ala を加水分解します。1 中性プロテアーゼ単位は、pH 7.5、37°Cでカゼインを加水分解し、5 時間あたり1.0 umol のチロシンに相当する色を生成します。1 クロストリパイン単位は、DTT の存在下、pH 7.6、25°Cで、1 分間あたり　1.0 umol　の BAEE を加水分解します。
