      OverviewQ-Gard® 1 purification cartridge removes ionic and organic contaminants down to trace levels from Elix®/RO/distilled water. This replacement cartridge is constructed with clean and high-purity materials to minimize the leaching of extractable contaminants. The cartridge contains a microfilter for particulates removal, activated carbon for organics adsorption, and mixed-bed ion-exchange resin for ion removal. For use with Milli-Q® Academic/Biocel/Element /Gradient/Synthesis water systems.
