      OverviewA cell-permeable powerful DNA topoisomerase I inhibitor. Reduces DNA synthesis in vitro in murine hepatoma cells. Has selective inhibitory effect on the phosphorylation of histone H1 and H3, but less effect on other histones.

Has selective inhibitory effect on the phosphorylation of histones H1 and H3, but is less effective on other histones.
