Biochem/physiol Actions

プロテインキナ-ゼCインヒビタ-。ヒト悪性グリオ-マ細胞株のアポト-シスを誘導します。タモキシフェンおよびその代謝産物である4-ヒドロキシタモキシフェンは、選択的エストロゲン応答修飾因子(SERM)であり、乳腺のエストロゲンアンタゴニストとして作用します。乳癌細胞におけるエストラジオ-ル刺激性のVEGF産生を阻害します。
