General description
免疫グロブリンG（IgG）は、ファゴサイトーシスなどの免疫応答を調節する糖タンパク質抗体であり、自己免疫疾患の発症にも関与しています。マウスIgGは、4種類の異なるアイソタイプ、つまり、IgG1、IgG2a、IgG2b、およびIgG3に分類されます。IgG1は、マウスにおいて補体結合反応を調節します。
ヤギ抗i-マウスIgG（γ-鎖特異的）-ペルオキシダーゼ抗体は、精製マウスIgA、IgG、IgM骨髄腫タンパク質に対して検証すると、マウスIgGに対して特異的です。

Application
HRP結合ヤギ抗マウスガンマ鎖特異的抗体を使用して、血清および粘膜洗浄液中のHIV1に対する中和抗体をELISAにより検出しました。3′3′5,5テトラメチルベンジジン（シグマ）を開発用の基質として使用しました。
ヤギ抗マウスIgG（γ-鎖特異的）-ペルオキシダーゼ抗体は、1：3,000の希釈でELISAに使用されています。

1%ウシ血清アルブミンと保存剤を含む0.01 Mりん酸緩衝生理食塩水溶液（pH 7.4）。
