General description
IgA抗体は、粘膜免疫において不可欠な役割を果たし、免疫原／病原体と結合してそれらが粘膜に入らないように制限しています。 抗マウスIgA（α-鎖特異性）-ペルオキシダーゼ抗体は、腸液における分泌IgA（sIgA）を測定するために使用できます。また、直接ELISAにも使用できます。ヤギ抗マウスIgA（α-鎖特異的）ペルオキシダーゼ抗体は、マウスIgAと特異的に反応します。

Application
ELISAは、HR結合ヤギ抗マウスIgGを二次抗体と用いて、希釈率1:10000で37度1時間のインキュベーションにおいて実施し、マウス糞抽出物におけるIgAレベルを検出しました。
抗マウスIgA（α-鎖特異性）-ペルオキシダーゼ抗体は、改変間接的DIBA（ドット免疫結合アッセイ）において使用できます。
Physical form
1%ウシ血清アルブミンと保存剤を含む0.01 Mリン酸緩衝生理食塩水溶液（pH 7.4）。
Preparation Note
