General description
IgGは様々な免疫応答を調節する糖タンパク質性の抗体です。ターゲットタンパク質に対するウサギIgGは、様々な研究アプリケーションにおいて一次抗体としてしばしば使用されます。そのため、検出用基質とコンジュゲートさせた抗ウサギIgG二次抗体は、ターゲットタンパク質の解析のための有用なツールとなります。ヤギ抗ウサギIgG（全分子）抗体-ペルオキシダーゼは、コンジュゲーションの前に、健常血清およびウサギIgGに対する免疫電気泳動によって、ウサギIgGに特異的であることが確認されています。

Application
C33A細胞ライセートは、HRPコンジュゲートヤギ抗ウサギIgGを二次抗体として使用した、ウェスタンブロットによって解析されました。 大腸粘膜抽出物由来のタンパク質の一定分量（μg）を、二次抗体としてHRPコンジュゲートヤギ抗ウサギIgGをTBStで1：5000に希釈して使用して、室温で1時間反応させたウエスタンブロットにより解析しました。
ヤギ抗ウサギIgG（全分子）抗体-ペルオキシダーゼは、ウエスタンブロット（1：6,000）やELISAアッセイに使用されています。
二次抗体としてHRP抱合ヤギ抗ウサギIgGを用い、C33A細胞溶解物の共免疫沈降分析およびウエスタンブロット分析が行われました。
Physical form
1%ウシ血清アルブミンを含む保存剤含有0.01 Mリン酸バッファー生理食塩水溶液（pH 7.4）。
