ダルベッコ改変イーグル培地（DME)）は、基礎培地イーグル（BEM）の改変型で、4倍濃度のアミノ酸とビタミンで蘇生されています。′′追加の補足成分が含まれています。マウス胚性細胞の培養で初めて報告された最初のDME組成は、グルコース含有量が1,000 mg/Lでした。4,500 mg/Lのグルコースでの変更は、特定の細胞型の培養に最適です。
提供されている最も基本的な処方。この処方は、DMEの必須成分からスタートし、自分たちの用途に合わせて処方を最適化する柔軟性を備えた研究者に使用されます。

Application

ダルベッコ改変イーグル培地は、次の用途で使用されています：′′
  • 酸素消費速度（OCR）測定の一環としての外来脂肪酸（FA）使用量の測定のための単離された短指屈筋（FDB）線維の培養
  • 乳酸測定のための単離された前脛骨（TA）筋線維の培養
  • 骨形成分化のためのヒト骨髄間葉系幹細胞の培養ヒト肝細胞がんHepG2細胞を培養するための低グルコース培地の調製

Preparation Note

1.0 g/L グルコ-ス、0.584 g/L L-グルタミン、3.7 g/L 炭酸水素ナトリウムを添加してください。
8.3 gの粉末で1 Lの培地ができる配合です。
