Application
FITC-デキストランは、血流、膜の損傷、血管還流、腎排泄などのプロセスの測定を支える、蛍光フラックストレーサー化合物として、心血管、微小循環、灌流、細胞単層及び細胞膜透過性の研究に使用されます。 小さなFITC-デキストランは、エンドサイトーシスや細胞間結合透過性などのプロセスの測定にも使用されます。FITC-デキストラン70 kDa（FD-70）は、分子をプロトプラストに送達する方法を開発するための、また、ハイドロゲルやリポソームなどの構造物からの薬物放出を研究するためのモデル化合物として使用されます。FD-70は、細小血管及び細胞単層の透過性試験で使用されます。
