General description

Extract-N-Amp Plant PCR キットは、植物の葉からのゲノム DNA の迅速な抽出や PCR によるターゲットの増幅に必要な試薬のすべてが含まれています。 独自の抽出溶液は、従来のように植物組織の液体窒素冷凍、物理的な破壊、有機溶媒抽出、カラム精製、または DNA の沈殿を行う必要がありません。 また本キットは、抽出液から直接増幅するために特別に設計された、PCR ReadyMix™を含んでいます。

ゲノム DNA は、標準的な紙用パンチでカットした 0.5 ～ 0.7 cm の植物の葉を、95 oC で 10 分間、抽出溶液中でインキュベートするだけで抽出できます。 等量の希釈溶液を抽出液に加え、PCR の前に阻害物質を中和します。 その後、DNA 抽出液の一部を、プライマーとキットに含まれる Extract-N-Amp PCR ReadyMix を含む PCR 反応物へ添加します。
Extract-N-Amp™ Plant PCRキットは直接PCR（ポリメラーゼ連鎖反応）用です。本キットには、植物の葉からのゲノムDNAの迅速な抽出や、PCRによるターゲットの増幅に必要な試薬のすべてが含まれています。新しい抽出溶液であり、従来のように植物組織の凍結は必要ありません。
