Biochem/physiol Actions
アムロジピンは、L型カルシウムチャネルのブロッカ-です。アムロジピンは心臓血管薬に分類されており、CaV1あるいはL型の電位依存性カルシウムチャネルに作用します。また、アムロジピンには血圧降下作用や抗狭心作用があります。主として活性があるのは(-)-異性体です。アムロジピンはヒト類表皮癌由来A431細胞の増殖を阻害するとともに、雄性ラットで生殖機能を抑制する作用があります。
ベジル酸アムロジピンは、L型カルシウムチャネルのブロッカ-です。
