バイオプロセスにおける接続・切断
チューブ、コネクタ、クランプ、バルブ、ディスコネクタを含む滅菌済み流体移送システムは、使い捨て流路と無菌プロセスの各工程との間を、プラスチックからステンレスへ、あるいはプラスチックからプラスチックへと、重要な接続手段として機能します。弊社では、無菌状態で接続を解除するための3種類のコネクタと圧着工具をご用意しています。 また、プラチナ硬化シリコーンやC-Flex® 374熱可塑性エラストマーなど、市販されている一般的な種類のチューブを使用した標準的なシングルユースアセンブリの構成も可能です。
信頼性が高く、使いやすいLynx®コネクタは、流体の移送を可能にし、無菌状態を維持する独自の設計が特徴です。Lynx®コネクタは、単体でも、完全なアセンブリの一部としてもご利用いただけます。
Lynx® CDR（接続、切断、再接続）コネクタ
Lynx® CDRコネクタは、無菌流体の複数回の移送において、信頼性が高く検証済みの接続を提供します。無菌状態と漏れのない状態を維持しつつ、複数の流路に対して最大6回の接続、切断、再接続を可能にすることで、シングルユースバイオプロセシングにおける柔軟性を実現するように設計されています。 Lynx® CDR 無菌コネクタは、3/8 インチのホースバーブから 1½ インチの TC まで幅広いサイズを取り揃えており、サンプリングから中間添加、バルク液体の移送に至るまで、さまざまな構成に対応しています。ウェット状態および加圧状態のいずれにおいても、シングルユースおよびハイブリッドシステムの接続、切断、再接続が可能です。
