Our broad portfolio consists of multiplex panels that allow you to choose, within the panel, analytes that best meet your needs. On a separate tab you can choose the premixed cytokine format or a single plex kit.
Cell Signaling Kits & MAPmates™
Choose fixed kits that allow you to explore entire pathways or processes. Or design your own kits by choosing single plex MAPmates™, following the provided guidelines.
The following MAPmates™ should not be plexed together:
-MAPmates™ that require a different assay buffer
-Phospho-specific and total MAPmate™ pairs, e.g. total GSK3β and GSK3β (Ser 9)
-PanTyr and site-specific MAPmates™, e.g. Phospho-EGF Receptor and phospho-STAT1 (Tyr701)
-More than 1 phospho-MAPmate™ for a single target (Akt, STAT3)
-GAPDH and β-Tubulin cannot be plexed with kits or MAPmates™ containing panTyr

Buffer Solutions Measured at 25 °C for pH Calibration
Merck introduces a new range of buffer solutions measured at 25 °C, with ISO 17025 accreditation for calibration of pH electrodes and instruments. Requirements for the pH calibration are different throughout the world. Whether you would like to use buffer solutions measured at 20 °C or 25 °C for the calibration of your pH instrument, we offer the product that fulfills your requirements, all with the same excellent Merck quality. Like our buffer solutions measured at 20 °C, our new 25 °C buffer solution cover the complete range, from pH 1.00 to pH 11.0.
Temperature deviation tables are still provided in the Certificates for customers who have different requirements or conditions in the laboratory. These buffer solutions are reference materials in the scope of the DIN EN ISO / IEC 17025 and are measured in our accredited laboratory.
A Variety of Different Buffer Solutions and Packaging to Suit All Needs
The new buffer solutions are available in 500 ml PE bottles and 4 L Titripac® packaging, and also include color coded buffer solutions. They are all measured with a 5 Point calibration with primary reference materials and are double traceable to our own primary reference materials measured by the PTB (German Physical Technical Institute, Germany Braunschweig) and to NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology USA, Gaithersburg) primary reference materials.
With Merck’s wide range of buffer solutions in various and convenient packaging and two measured temperatures, we have all your needs for calibration of pH instruments covered.
