Application

ヒトbFGF ELISAキットは以下の用途に用いられています。
  • 脱細胞化髄膜スキャフォールド（DMS）中の残存サイトカインレベルの定量に
  • 無細胞化髄膜スキャフォールド（AMS）および回収した髄膜組織（RMS/CMS）中のサイトカイン濃度の測定に
  • 細胞培地中の塩基性線維芽細胞増殖因子（bFGF）濃度の分析に

Biochem/physiol Actions

FGF2（線維芽細胞成長因子2、BFGF（塩基性線維芽細胞成長因子）とも呼ばれる）は、FGFR1（線維芽細胞成長因子受容体1）、FGFR2、およびFGFR3と相互作用します。間葉細胞、神経外胚葉細胞、および内皮細胞などさまざまな細胞の増殖を促進します。FGF2は神経前駆細胞の運命を決定し、神経軸索の再生も促進します。FGF2は、脊髄損傷の修復に重要な役割を果たします。FGF2は血管新生を促進することが知られており、癌の発現と関連しています。高レベルのFGF2が、HIV（ヒト免疫不全ウイルス）腎疾患の小児の腎臓に存在します。MicroRNA（miR）-503は、FGF2 mRNAを標的とし、骨肉腫（OS）細胞の移動および浸潤を阻害します。
